Why is robotic testing important?

Put simply, we can guarantee a higher level of accuracy in our DNA testing than our competitors.

Even amongst the most highly-trained scientists, human error is possible. As long as our competitors continue to rely on manual processes in their laboratories, there is a chance – no matter how slight – of a mistake being made.

When the consequences of a mistake are so catastrophic for both parent and child, this is not a risk you want to take.

How does robotic testing work?

Every DNA sample in our laboratory is bar coded and then tracked from receipt to testing to final report. This means we can identify it at any stage of the process and monitor its progress against other samples.
