Using DNA testing to resolve immigration issues
On occasions, the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) requires proof of genetic relationship from visa applicants.
We are one of only two laboratories in Australia recommended by DIAC to perform DNA tests under these circumstances.

Who is this test for?
Anyone who has been asked by an Australian Embassy, the Australian High Commission or Consulate to take a DNA test.

How much does an immigration DNA test cost?
The price of an immigration DNA test varies according to the number of people that need to be tested and the location of those people.
What should you do if you've been asked to have a DNA test?
| 1. | Contact us for further information and to obtain a quote for the test. |
| 2. | Download the application form. |
| 3. | Send your completed application form to us, together with your payment and a copy of the letter sent to you by the Australian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate asking you to have a DNA test. |
| 4. | Wait for confirmation from us of the date, time and place of your test appointment. |
| 5. | Attend your appointment. |
